We have a state of the art mill facilities access which runs at a full capacity due to export order overload. We have 3 heavy punch machines for making seamless tees. We also have bend machines for elbows and equipment for reducer. We have facilities to make seamless Equal Cross up to 8” We can make welded Equal Cross upto 42”. We also have threads in NPT, BSPT & BSPP to make forged fittings. The dye of socket weld fitting is outsourced and machining and finishing is done in house. Added to that we have in house testing facilities like spectro machine, PMI Machine, Mechanical test, Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Pressure testing, and manual inspection of gauge. Our production range also includes flanges and fasteners which are considered piping accessories for a pipeline set up.

The production process can be divided separately for different types of fittings:

Butt Weld Fittings :

Butt Weld Fittings are produced using pipes as a primary raw material. The fittings are made into the desired shape and size using various machines and heat treatment if required. Followed by that the ends are subject to beveling using CNC Machining. That is followed by sand blasting for finishing of the fitting. Final process involves quality testing and marking.

Socket Weld Fittings & Olets:

We primarily rely on outsourced services to manufacture socket weld fittings and olets due to lots of dyes readily available with our sub vendors. However machining takes place in house followed by finishing and marking for traceability of the base material.

We guarantee the quality because 100% Equal Cross manufactured are checked in house for defects in quality and workmanship. Our quality program is a 3 layered independent department check for various factors including Dimensional Check, Visual Inspection, and Finishing, Burr level, Leakage Test, Pressure Rating test, Chemical inspection and Mechanical properties verification. We are running at full capacities and sometimes outsource our job due to increased work load.

Our intelligent procurement module places a lot of emphasis on selection of raw material. As much as possible, we try to procure Japanese and European origin raw material domestically or from the international markets. Secondary preference is given to Indian and Chinese origin raw material from good quality mills.

Our Equal Cross carry our brand identity with special brand marked on the fittings. Our brand i-Fit is branded on all Equal Cross exported from our company. i-Fit is a registered brand owned by Instinox which stand for intelligent fitting connections we provide for international markets. Use of intelligent technology modules is used for providing a seamless buying experience for high quality i-Fit pipefittings.

Equal Cross manufactured are marked with standard format of i-FIT-Size-Material-Heat Number. This heat number is 100% traceable to our records and we maintain very strict watch to ensure the authenticity of our brand isn’t duplicated by other brands.

Instinox Equal Cross are packed in special and branded carton boxes and crate boxes depending on the mode of transport. Fittings are wrapped with special thin plastic and beveled ends are protected by plastic caps. They are then packed in the carton or wooden boxes. Equal Cross are also protected by the caps for protection to the ends and the threads where applicable. It is important that the damages in transit are avoided and Equal Cross reach customer in the same form as it is manufactured. Thus we place lot of emphasis on packing and packaging of the goods.

Equal Cross carry various export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, Test Reports, HS Code, Country of Origin attested by chamber of commerce, Fumigation Certificate, Warranty Letter, and Base Material Certificates.

Each heat and lot of tube fittings is supplied with a material test certificate as per EN 10204 NACE 3.1 standards indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the Equal Cross along with pressure rating. We also confirm the guarantee of the fittings supplied as per Purchase order specifications and attest the same in the Material Test Certificate. We also welcome any third party inspection from an agency nominated by the customer to comply with NACE 3.2 Certification if required by customer at an extra cost.

Free samples in Stainless steel and carbons steel can be provided upon request to gauge quality and finishing of our fittings against confirmed receipt of purchase order. We can also send photos upon request.
