We have a state of the art mill facilities access which runs at a full capacity due to export order overload. We have 3 heavy punch machines for making seamless tees. We also have bend machines for elbows and equipment for reducer. We have facilities to make seamless pipe fittings up to 8” We can make welded pipe fittings manufacturers upto 42”. We also have threads in NPT, BSPT & BSPP to make forged fittings. The dye of socket weld fitting is outsourced and machining and finishing is done in house. Added to that we have in house testing facilities like spectro machine, PMI Machine, Mechanical test, Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Pressure testing, and manual inspection of gauge. Our production range also includes flanges and fasteners which are considered piping accessories for a pipeline set up.

They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. At our requests, officially certified agencies are called to witness the material reports, dimension and quality conformity of products.Test Certificates are given to the manufacturer after third party inspection under the standards: EN 10204/3.1B, Raw materials Certificate, 100% Radiology Test report Test Certificate.

Our Weldolet carry our brand identity with special brand marked on the fittings. Our brand i-Fit is branded on all pipe fittings exported from our company. i-Fit is a registered brand owned by Instinox which stand for intelligent fitting connections we provide for international markets. Use of intelligent technology modules is used for providing a seamless buying experience for high quality i-Fit pipefittings.
Pipe fittings manufactured are marked with standard format of i-FIT-Size-Material-Heat Number. This heat number is 100% traceable to our records and we maintain very strict watch to ensure the authenticity of our brand isn’t duplicated by other brands.

Instinox provides the certificate of origin legalised/attested by the chamber. Also, a commercial invoice including HS code is provided. Our product packing lists which come with the product includes a number of boxes, net weight and gross weight. We provide test certificate certifying NACE MRO103, NACE MR0175. Along with this, a raw material test report is provided as well. Our laboratory reports that are NABL approved also is provided to our loyal customers. Other reports like raw material reports, heat treatment charts and letter of guarantee is also provided by Instinox.
